"Ten years plus, we were some of his first customers. We had an issue with a stolen debit card in December that was attached to the automatic pay. Two months we had no home insurance and only one of two cars insuranced. Did Peter or Ingrid reachnout to notify us? Nope. There was absolutely no possible reason not to reach out to us regardless. Did they call us? No. Email us? No. A letter? Nope. Not even a text. We had to repeatedly call them once we were notified from our mortgage company we were not insuranced. Peter finally responded, but never followed up. Had a bad experience with him early on but gave him a chance, big mistake. I'd give zero stars, but it wouldn't allow me."

"Julius, for the benefit of others that may read this post and would like an understanding of policies/procedures I will give a brief breakdown. There are legal requirements associated with a policy cancellation. Before cancelling your auto insurance for non-payment, you would have received from the company a bill, a past due notice, and a cancellation notice. Additionally, from our tracked system in office, you would have received texts once past due. With that our office process is to also call and email once past due. Ultimately, if you disregard all of this communication and a policy lapses for non-payment, and the insurance company chooses not to renew a policy at that time, that is unfortunately out of our hands. Additionally, although you did reach out to me regarding cancellation, as explained, eligibility and cancellation decision come from State Farm, and I am unable to control this in any way. I do understand your frustration, but unfortunately there is not much I am able to assist with after the fact in these scenarios. We do appreciate your time with us, and if you have any further questions regarding the cancellations, please reach out to me directly. Thanks!"

"Peter is a great agent that is friendly and easy to talk to. He is very knowledgeable about the various insurance products State Farm has and is always working to make sure his clients have the best possible insurance at the lowest prices possible. His office has employees that are able to speak Polish and Spanish and he even has a ping pong table in the office if you're interested in a laid back atmosphere while at an appointment."

"I cannot speak for Peter Katowicz, but Anna Bogdziewicz, with whom all of my dealings with this State Farm branch have been, has been exemplary in every meaningful way. She has been available for every question, takes care of everything that needs doing without bureaucracy or difficulty, and kept us very happy at what would otherwise be that massive bureaucratic maze that is State Farm. As long as Anna continues to work there, this State Farm branch is worth your time."
